Deena, I have been searching for that Davis Drive in hot dog sauce recepie as well. Please let me know if you ever find it. My aunt told me that the daughter of the lady that owned Davis’s has opened up a hot dog place somewhere in So. Pburg. Next time you have some free time in Chas, there is a hotdog place called Farleys in Hurricane. Not Davis, but kinda close.
Christi, it is my mission! I always thought it was funny…..the cheaper the hotdog, the better!! A whole gallon of that sauce probably didn’t even have a pound of burger in it, but it was to die for! I will keep you posted.
